Client of the Month
We’re pretty pumped about the progress this guy has made over the last few months and he’s really transformed his lifestyle.
He started with one of our challenges and continued on and is now training hard for an upcoming ski trip.
So a huge congrats goes out to Damian for his continued efforts and amazing progress!

We love gadgets!! There are so many fitness gadgets out on the market now, but which one would suit you best?
These gadgets may be able to help you make the best of your workout sessions, track your health progress and have fun at the same time.
Research exactly what you want your gadget to do and then read reviews thoroughly.
I’ve pretty much tried them all from Fitbits, Polar, Tomtom and Garmin and last week I purchased the new Apple Watch Series 2 and wowza I love it and not just because it comes in pink!
The difference with an Apple Watch is that there is no heart rate strap required (yeah!) as the sensor is in the watch itself.
So far over the long weekend I’ve tracked my calories, steps, exercise, distance, heart rate, breathing and sleep.
The watch has a haptic sensor (a dull vibration) that alerts you when to move if you’ve been idle for too long.
The benefit is – It will keep you on your feet! Basically urging you to get off your A$!
It links into MyFitnessPal and adds your daily steps to your diary and calculates the calories too. The GPS is probably the best I’ve used so far, it even adds your route to Maps.
Whatever gadget you choose, they are a great way to help you stay on track, improve your training and just get you moving.
