What is Fit Faster Bootcamp?
Fit Faster workouts utilise our refined group personal training system, so you get individualised coaching to cater our program to you, your age and abilities.
We want you to join our team so they keep you accountable and encourage you to train harder, improve your nutrition and have fun in the atmosphere of a fun group environment.
Fit Faster isn’t about competition, body image or comparison. At Fit Faster it’s all about friendship and community, healthy bodies AND healthy minds. We inspire and support each other.
You will never be left behind or forced to keep up, and we won’t yell at you! We are NOT a Military Style Bootcamp.
We do Smart Group Personal Training with all workouts planned in advance, modify exercises so you can work around injuries and corrective drills or referrals to help get them better.
Plus, we run transformation and fitness challenges and social events throughout the year to keep you motivated, meeting people and having fun.
Over the last 5+ years we’ve helped thousands of Scarborough (and its surrounding) residents lose fat and feel fabulous while getting ready for weddings and parties, running transformation & fitness challenges, summer slim-downs as well as training for triathlons, fun runs, obstacle races and all sorts of sports. It’s time to take action and train smarter.

What do the workouts consist of?
The workouts run predominantly in a circuit style with a combination of functional strength, core and cardio exercises.
We use all types of different equipment such as slam balls, kettlebells, bands, TRX suspension trainers, balance boards, medicine balls, sand bags, agility ladders, ViPR’s and whatever the latest functional training equipment allows us to.
The workouts last for approximately 45 minutes and include:
- dynamic warmup exercises, foam rolling, mobility and core strength work
- functional strength and cardio circuit
- metabolic finishers (high intensity exercises to boost your metabolism)
- breathing and full body stretching
What results can I expect?
Everyone will get stronger very fast, especially through the shoulders, abs and butt muscles, which all help to improve your posture and help you feel better.
If you want fast fat loss, then you’ll want to follow our nutrition guidelines for best results. We give you our Naked Nutrition Meal Plan with recipes, pictures, a shopping list and your questions answered. We’ll even look at your personal food diary and make suggestions so it’s easier to adjust to different foods. We won’t make you quit coffee, but would love if you cut back your sugar!
However, if you train consistently and eat a healthy diet, then you can expect to build strength, lose body fat, improve sports performance and become more athletic.
